PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain quantity reduction in a reducing agent supplied by a reducing agent supply nozzle, in an exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine having the reducing agent supply nozzle arranged in an exhaust passage.

SOLUTION: An oil repellent film is formed in the vicinity of a nozzle port 2a of the reducing agent supply nozzle 2. The oil repellent film is formed by including polyether sulfon and a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene.
