<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug connector and a receptacle connector which are capable of improving strength during the repeated fitting or the extraction of a plug housing and a receptacle housing, by preventing the shaving and breakage of the plug housing and the receptacle housing. <P>SOLUTION: The plug housing 21 for holding contacts 11 has a plug fitting part 23 for receiving a receptacle fitting part 123 of the receptacle connector 101. A metallic plug member covers at least either of plug inner wall faces 25b, 26b of first plug walls 25, 26 in the plug housing 21 and plug outer wall faces 25c, 26c of the first plug walls 25, 26, and also, covers plug fitting faces 25a, 26a of the first plug wall parts 25, 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
