PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new oriented film/sheet excellent in impact resistance, and heat resistance, and packaging material using it. SOLUTION: This oriented film/sheet comprises a resin composition comprising 0.1-99.9 wt% aromatic amide block copolymer comprising an aromatic amide unit represented by general formula (1) and at least one unit selected from the group consisting of a polyester, an aliphatic poly(oxyalkylene), a polycarbonate, a polyolefin, a polyoraganosiloxane, a polydiene, and a copolymer of these, and 99.9-0.1 wt% polyester resin.
