PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film substitutable for polyvinylchloride (PVC), satisfying excellent transparency together with vacuum forming property, etc., at the same time. SOLUTION: The film comprises a blended resin layer comprising (i) 80-20 wt.%. of styrene based elastomer resin, and (ii) 20-80 wt.%. of at least a kind of resin selected from a group comprising a terpolymer resin comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate based monomer, a diene based monomer and a styrene based monomer and a copolymer resin comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate based monomer and a styrene based monomer.
