PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application creation support system for a portable terminal easily creating an application having a download function and an upload function. SOLUTION: A first definition means 41 defines items of data for each first download to transmit them to a portable terminal, and items of data for each first upload to be transmitted from the portable terminal. A second definition means 42 defines items of data for each second download used in an application and items of data for each second upload to be stored in the application, and also sets corresponding relationships between the items of the data for the second download (upload) and items of the data for first download (upload). A setting means 43 sets an layout of a screen, operations for inputted items, etc., for the application.
