PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing the occurrence of uneven luminance even in the liquid crystal display device of a COG system and a COF system having a large liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: An internal power circuit 17a generates supply voltage VGH1 to be supplied to a gate driver 13-1 at the first stage, generates supply voltage VGH2 in which supply voltage waveform at a supply point of a gate driver 13-4 at the last stage equals to supply voltage waveform by the supply voltage VGH1 at the supply point of the gate driver 13-1 at the first stage and supplies the supply voltage VGH2 to the gate driver 13-4 at the last stage by power wiring 22.
