PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device for giving less seating shock to a body to be rocked up and down by a hoist cylinder. SOLUTION: The body 6 is rocked up and down by the hoist cylinder 9. The hoist cylinder 9 is controlled by the change-over position of a direction control valve 13 and the change-over position is controlled by pilot pressure from a solenoid proportional pressure control valve 30. The solenoid proportional pressure control valve 30 is controlled by the operation position of a hoist lever 51. The hoist lever 51 has an adjustment region between a holding position and a floating position for manually controlling the pilot pressure. A controller 48 outputs an instruction signal corresponding to the operation position of the hoist lever 51 in the adjustment region to the solenoid proportional pressure control valve 30 to control the pilot pressure. Thus, the body is controlled to be moved down with manual operation and less seating shock is given to the body 6 even in a loaded condition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
