PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall panel capable of preventing degradation in strength without increasing a manufacturing cost, when forming an opening. SOLUTION: A plate 17 of a pair of reinforcement members 13 provided on a pair of outer edges 11a facing each other on a panel member 11 extended along the outer edge is formed in such a size that covers an area between the outer edge 11a of the panel member 11 and the edge 14a of an opening 14 formed at the panel member 11, and furthermore, is attached to a metal plate 12b fixed on the rear face 11c of the panel 11.
