PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a flush toilet bowl by which a fixing member like a screw is not exposed to an outside face of the toilet bowl body and a good appearance is imparted when the flush toilet bowl having a skirt part is fixed to a floor surface, and removal of the toilet bowl from the floor surface pertaining to replacement of the toilet bowl, maintenance of a drainage socket, etc., can be carried out easily. SOLUTION: The fixing structure is to fix the flush toilet bowl provided with the skirt part to the floor surface while an exhaust port is inserted into the drainage socket to be movable in front, back, right and left directions maintaining the water-sealing state. The fixing structure comprises; a fixing member including a fixing piece for arranging and fixing the toilet bowl onto the floor surface inside the skirt part and a fixing pin projecting from the fixing piece in a substantially horizontal direction and; a fixing pin insertion part for insertion of the fixing pin, of which the insertion part is formed in an inner wall part formed inside the skirt part in an integrating manner. The fixing member is fixed at a predetermined position on the floor surface. The exhaust port is inserted into the drainage socket, the toilet bowl is placed on the floor surface, and is moved to the rear side of the toilet bowl so that the fixing pin enters the fixing pin insertion part for locking.
