PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new human antibody structure equipped with a human germ cell line gene structure and derived fragment of the same. SOLUTION: The new human antibodies equipped with the human germ cell line VH3 and Vλgene structures are provided with that a single strain antibody obtained from them individually or as combined, can bind specifically with a gene recombinant soluble human CD152(CTLA-4) antigen and also can react with an activated peripheral human T-cell elevating the expression of the CD152.
