PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium post-treatment device improved in aligning accuracy by reducing sliding friction between a curled part of the recording medium and an end aligning means to smoothly move the recording medium without causing a bend when aligning the side-curled recording medium in the ends thereof, and to provide an image forming device with the same. SOLUTION: This recording medium post-treatment device is provided with a recording medium conveying means 1 for conveying the recording medium formed with a recording image, an end aligning means 2 formed of a U-shaped member for aligning conveying directional ends of the recording medium, one of regulating members 2a for regulating one face of a face and a back face of the recording medium to be aligned by the end aligning means 2, the other regulating member 2b thereof for regulating the other face, a projecting part 2c, in which the one regulating member 2a and the other regulating member2b are formed at a different distance D at an end position in the recording medium conveying direction, and an end fence 2d for aligning the recording medium with abutment of the conveying directional ends of the recording medium on it.
