PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipette which can release a syringe by mere single operation of a trigger. SOLUTION: This pipette comprises a pipette casing incorporating a seat 4 for a mounting part 5 of a syringe cylinder 8 in a syringe 6, a seat 11 of a piston in a housing body 10 for a syringe piston 12 in the syringe 6, a mounting apparatus for reversibly fixing the mounting part 5 and the syringe piston 12 within the seat 14 and the seat 11, and a piston regulator 15 for detaching the housing body 10 within a pipette casing 2.
