PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid mixing apparatus effectuated by a combination of fine gas bubbles and a magnetic field, which improves a capacity of dissolving gases such as oxygen and ozone in the atmosphere into treatment water. SOLUTION: Ozone feeded from an inlet pipe 4 is mixed as fine bubbles into the treatment water introduced into a fine-bubble-mixing gap 21 between a diffusion plate 6 and an introduction plate 5. The treatment water mixed with the fine bubbles is introduced into an inside-diameter side of a forced agitation gap 26 between the introduction plate 5 and an impeller for water-drainage 11 from a water path in the axial direction 25 provided at the introduction plate 5 for passing through the forced agitation gap 26 to discharge in a treatment water zone. A plurality of magnets 30 are housed hermetically against the treatment water in the impeller for water-drainage 11 each in such a state that it enters into the part protruded to the forced agitation gap 26 of the impeller for water-drainage 29 from the impeller disc part 11b.
