PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-bubbles generator for effectively generating a sufficient amount of micro bubbles. SOLUTION: The internal part of a box body 2 is divided to 3 rooms, i.e., the lower room 40, the middle room 41 and the upper room 42, and an inlet 50 of gas-liquid mixture water is formed in the lower room. The gas-liquid mixture water is air-sheared by passing the gas-liquid mixture water to a bottom partition wall and a top partition wall to form a sufficient amount of small holes 51, 52 for generating micro bubbles and an outlet 53 of the micro-bubble/water mixture is formed in the upper room.
