<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accessing a site corresponding to a site address obtained by reading a multidimensional code assigned to an information describing matter by an information processor and decoding the multidimensional code to perform user registration, lottery and ordering and order receipt of printed matters through the site. <P>SOLUTION: In the information describing matter 7 with the multidimensional code 5 assigned thereto, the multidimensional bar code 5 includes the site address 3 of the site 9 opened on the Internet 17 and a unique ID 4, the site address 3 is common to other information describing matters 7 belonging to the same kind, and the unique ID 4 can identify this information describing matter from the other information describing matters 7 belonging to the same kind.
