<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granulated product excellent in granulation properties and dispersibility in liquid. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the granulated product comprises mixing green leaf powder, water-soluble dietary fiber and hydrous alcohol to a prescribed quantity and molding the resultant. As a result of this, the granulated product excellent in granulation properties and dispersibility in liquid can be produced. The granulated product obtained by the method is increased in meltability in liquid and viscosity, so the substance can be used as a drink composition improved in melting feeling in the mouth and palate feeling.
