<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for improving the effect and efficiency of each individual rhythm of a breathing method of a psychoprophylactic painless childbirth method. <P>SOLUTION: By the hee-hee-hoo apparatus of this invention, practice is performed with a rhythm model of the breathing method of the psychoprophylactic painless childbirth method suited to a user, and delivery is performed while listening to the rhythm in a delivery room during the delivery. Thus, burdens on a pregnant woman and an unborn child are reduced even if only slightly.
