<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pole 2 to be vertically directed by adjusting the direction of the pole 2, even if a pile 1 is somewhat inclined, when a hollow steel pile 1 is driven into the ground so that the pole 2 for a car stop can be screwed and fixed to a protrusion 1a from the ground. <P>SOLUTION: A lower end of the tubular pole 2 for the car stop externally covers the protrusion 1a of the pile 1, driven into the ground, from the ground, so that the protrusion 1a can be loosely fitted into the pole 2. In the pole 2, four large-diameter screw through-holes 6 for a flat countersunk head screw are circumferentially formed at regular intervals in upper and lower places.
