<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition having high sensitivity, excellent adhesion to a substrate and excellent heat resistance, and suitable for the use especially as a solder resist, and the use in direct drawing by a laser beam; to provide a curable composition for a color filter, a black matrix, an over coat, a rib and a spacer, having high curability and excellent mechanical characteristics, and usable in a liquid crystal panel such as a liquid crystal display; and to provide a cured product thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises an ethylenically unsaturated compound satisfying the following conditions (1) and (2): (1) containing ≥30 wt.% compound having an acid group and ≥1,000 molecular weight based on the whole ethylenically unsaturated compounds; and (2) having ≤160 double bond equivalent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
