<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless chip which can secure safety of consumers, while being small in size, proper in communication properties, and inexpensive, and further which can be recycled, after being used for managing the manufacture, circulation, and retail. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless chip includes a layer 102 having a semiconductor element, and an antenna 101. The antenna 101 includes a first conductive layer 103, a second conductive layer 104, and a dielectric layer 106 sandwiched between the first conductive layer 103 and the second conductive layer 104, and has a spherical shape, an ovoid shape, an oval spherical shape like the stone of the Japanese game of "Go", an oval spherical shape like a rugby ball, or a disc shape, or has a cylindrical shape or a polygonal prism shape and moreover, an outer edge portion thereof having a curved surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
