<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom in a user's creation of a command statement. <P>SOLUTION: Every time a word forming a sentence as a command statement is selected, the word is saved (ST8, 11). If the selected word is an action-decisive word (ST10), an action command corresponding to the word is acquired (ST14) and an argument corresponding to the action command is acquired according to the saved words (ST15). An action is executed according to the action command and argument (ST16).
