<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic separator securing a prescribed conductivity, having a cover film appropriate for a required corrosion resistant property and strength. <P>SOLUTION: The metallic separator is formed by covering a surface of a metallic plate for separator by a cover film made of a hard material of conductive resin compound. A relation of formula (1); k×(1-0.8)/ρv≤t≤k×(1+0.8)/ρv (in the formula, k=0.001 [Ω cm<SP>2</SP>]) is fulfilled, provided that the volume resistivity of the cover film is ρv [Ω cm], and the thickness thereof is t [cm]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
