<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mixing of carbonized matter of waste, fiber-containing biomass and a plastic to be mixed each at an arbitrary ratio. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a wet crusher 9 for wet crushing carbonized matter 3 discharged from a thermal cracking furnace 1 for thermally cracking waste 4 and a chlorine-containing plastic 5, a waste plastic 11 from a waste plastic supply section 10 and used paper 13 from a used paper supply section 12; a dehydrator 18 and an aging conveyer 21 installed in this order on the downstream side of the wet crusher 9. This method comprises the steps of treating to crush and mix the carbonized matter 3, the waste plastic 11 and the used paper 13 with the wet crusher 9 while adding water 15; dehydrating the obtained crushed pieces mixture 19 of the carbonized matter 3, the waste plastic 11 and the used paper 13 by the dehydrator 18; thereafter drying the mixture 19 on the aging conveyer 21, where the mixture is hardened by a binder function developed by the moistened and dried carbonized matter 3 and fibers in the used paper 13, thereby producing mixed fuel 24 as a product from wastes of the carbonized matter, the fiber-containing biomass and the waste plastic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
