PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a dipole antenna having polarized wave orthogonal to a lengthwise direction. SOLUTION: Eighteen first inductors LSH1 in total illustrated with circles to which hatching are applied are inserted one by one in the center of 18 metal wires of lengths (d) in total extending in a y-axis direction and all the 18 first inductors LSH1 are provided on a zx plane (y=0). One metal wire p1 having two ends is disposed on one plane satisfying y=-d/2 in parallel with the zx plane. Furthermore, one metal wire q1 having two ends provided in parallel with the metal wire p1 is disposed on one plane satisfying y=d/2 in parallel with the zx plane. All of 36 first capacitors CSE1 in total illustrated with rectangles to which hatching are applied are inserted on the metal wire p1.
