PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a crystal oscillator by reduction of member costs of a circuit wiring board by using one kind of circuit wiring board in common for a plurality of types of temperature compensation type crystal oscillators. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the temperature compensation type piezoelectric oscillator having a series circuit of low-temperature compensating circuit and a high-temperature compensating circuit forming series circuits with the piezoelectric vibrator of a piezoelectric oscillation circuit for compensating frequency-temperature characteristics of the piezoelectric oscillation circuit, and the circuit wiring board having a plurality of terminals for mounting electronic components constituting the oscillator and wiring for connecting the electronic component terminals has a wiring structure in which wiring constitution for the low-temperature compensating circuit and wiring constitution for the high-temperature compensating circuit are characterized in that a series circuit is formed by connecting a parallel circuit of a third terminal and a fourth terminal to a parallel circuit of a first terminal, and a second terminal in series and a fifth terminal is connected with the series circuit in parallel.
