PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle deviation alarm device for releasing alarm in a proper timing. SOLUTION: Whether or not a driver is looking aside is decided (step S1), and a steering torque decision threshold Th_th is changed according to the detection result (1 is set in an X flag when it is decided that the driver is looking aside) (steps S3 and S4). In this case, the value K2 of the threshold, when it is decided that the driver is looking aside, is set so as to be larger than the value K1 of the threshold when it is decided that the driver is not looking aside. The steering torque Th is compared with a decision threshold Th_th (step S5), and when the steering torque Th larger than the threshold is continued for tst_th or more, it is shifted to an alarm inhibition state (step S9), and in the other cases, it is shifted to an alarm stand-by state (step S10).
