PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PEs film for forming which has an excellent formability at a low temperature and a low pressure and is excellent in solvent resistance, heat resistance, and light resistance, and is reduced in the environmental load. SOLUTION: The PEs film for forming comprises a copolymer PEs, a homo PEs, and a biaxially oriented PEs comprising an ultraviolet absorbing agent. The ultraviolet absorbing agent is a benzotriazole or a cyclic imino ester. The PEs film for forming has: (a) a light transmittance of 1% or less at a wavelength of 350 nm; (b) a melting point of 200 to 245°C; (c) a stress at a 100% elongation in the longitudinal and width directions of 10 to 1,000 MPa at 25°C and of 1 to 100 MPa at 100°C; (d) a storage modulus in the longitudinal and width directions of 10 to 1,000 MPa at 100°C and of 5 to 40 MPa at 180°C; and (e) a heat distortion ratio in the longitudinal direction under a minute tension of -3 to 3% at 175°C.
