PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matt acrylic resin film which exhibits a superior mar resistance, and is free from the occurrence of a crack in a matt layer even when the insert molding or the inmold molding is applied and it is formed into a deep-drawn shape and further has a surface hardness, a chemical resistance, a heat resistance and a matt property needed to members for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The problem described above can be solved by forming the matt layer containing a matting material, a scratch preventing agent and a binder resin on the base of the acrylic resin film.
