PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a radio communication environment in an ISM band satisfactorily even if using a wireless LAN or various ISM apparatuses employing the ISM bands together with a Bluetooth(R) communication apparatus. SOLUTION: In the Bluetooth(R) communication apparatus 1, an item selection section 18B of a host control unit 18 selects an item for specifying communication conditions relating to radio data communication with an opposite wireless apparatus 2, a communication condition extracting means 18C extracts the permission of a use of a channel used for the radio data communication as a communication condition from the item, and a communication condition designating means 18D sets the communication condition to the channel table 13A of a radio module 11 as a communication condition for performing the radio data communication.
