PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and wide use position information communication terminal suppressing power consumption. SOLUTION: A GPS controller 12 performing GPS processing and control of the position information communication terminal 10 includes a GPS input system for entering a GPS signal, a communication system for communicating with a base station (not shown), a data system connected to an outside memory connected detachably, a monitoring system for monitoring an outside state through an outside interface, a display LED 18 for displaying a simple status, and a power source circuit 17.
