PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhered and fixed clutch disc having improved adhesive strength between a friction facing and a cushioning plate. SOLUTION: The clutch disc 32 comprises the pair of annular friction facings 33 arranged opposing each other in the axial direction for frictionally engaging with a flywheel 2, the plurality of cushioning plates 35 each having a pair of flat portions 36 provided between the pair of friction facings 33 in an elastically deformable manner and opposed to the pair of friction facings 33, and at least one adhesive layer 38 for fixing the friction facings 33 and the flat portions 36 to each other with adhesive. The friction facings 33 each have an adhesive face 33b not subjected to polishing work on the side of the adhesive layer 38 and a friction face 33a for frictionally engaging with the opposite side to the adhesive face 33b.
