PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device using the whole configuration of a self-supporting cable for securely fixing a spiral hanger to the cable. SOLUTION: On each side of a latched portion of the spiral hanger latched to the self-supporting cable 1 via an engaging groove 7 of a body piece which engages at its engaging groove 7 therewith, a clamp piece 3 is laid which engages at one end with a recess 1d formed between a supporting line portion 1a and a cable portion 1b of the self-supporting cable 1.
