PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing exhaust gas interference and improving performance of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This cooling structure is applied to the engine 1 provided with a plurality of exhaust gas collection ports 7a, 7b for collecting exhaust ports 11 of a plurality of cylinders 5 in the inside of a cylinder head 2, which is provided with a plurality of cooling water flow passages 21, 22 for circulating cooling water to cool each exhaust gas collection port 7a, 7b separately from each other.
