PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of forming two spraying forms having clear outline, having both of sharp nip angleαand widening angleβ, and having high penetration property. SOLUTION: In this fuel injection valve, a fuel diffusion chamber 41 is formed between a valve seat member 3 and an injector plate 10, and a plurality of fuel injection holes provided in the injector plate 10 are arranged on a virtual circle C centered on an axial line A of a valve hole 7. Groups 38a, 38b of fuel injection holes of each set G1, G2 are composed of a first group Ga composed of a plurality of fuel injection holes 38a arranged in a central part of the set and a second group Gb composed of a plurality of fuel injection holes 38b arranged on both sides of the first group Ga.
