PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new pyrazinedione compound that is easily produced from an inexpensive raw material in a high yield, has excellent luminescent properties, electrostatic properties, conductivity and formation of a complex with a heavy metal and to provide a method for producing the same.
