PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the bumper reinforcer and the crush box of a vehicle are coupled to each other, by welding or fastening with bolts the flange or the lid plate of the crush box with the bumper reinforcer, require troublesome working. SOLUTION: The bumper reinforcer (2) which extends breadthways in the vehicle, and the crush box (3) which extends longitudinally in the vehicle are constituted by bend-molding in such a manner that both ends of a main body (1) comprising an extrusion-formed member form a corner section (16) of a gentle curved surface.
