PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum forming machine which can curtail a composite sheet molding time and can uniformly cure a whole ultraviolet curable resin layer. SOLUTION: The vacuum forming machine is equipped with a heater 1 heating the composite sheet C having a semi-cured ultraviolet curable resin layer C2 on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet C1, a vacuum forming device 3 molding the composite sheet C heated by the heater 1 into a desired shape by using a vacuum forming technology, an ultraviolet irradiation device 5 irradiating the semi-cured ultraviolet curable resin layer C2 of the composite sheet C2 with ultraviolet rays, and a cooler cooling a molding molded in a desired shape. The ultraviolet irradiation device 5, while the composite sheet C is heated by the heater 1, molded by the vacuum forming device 3, and cooled by the cooler, is prepared to be able to irradiate the ultraviolet curable resin layer C2.
