MOLD FOR SKIN MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for a skin material easy to be manufactured and low in cost, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A base mold BM is formed and an epoxy resin containing fine aluminum particles is placed on the base mold BM and solidified to form a second particle layer 3 while an epoxy layer containing coarse aluminum particles is placed on the second particle layer 3 and solidified to form a first particle layer 2. After the first particle layer 2 and the second particle layer 3 are detached from the base mold BM and reversed in an up and down direction, a resin sheet 4 is bonded to the surface of the second particle layer 3. The surface of the resin sheet 4 joined to the second particle layer 3 is drilled to form ventilation holes 41 to complete the mold 1 for the skin material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
