PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyolefinic foamed film reconciling the enhancement of surface strength, the impartment of concealability and the lowering of specific gravity at a high level as a packaging material and improved in its appearance. SOLUTION: The laminated polyolefinic foamed film is constituted of at least four kinds of layers wherein an intermediate layer (B) is provided formed a foam layer (A) and a first surface layer (C) and a second surface layer (D) is laminated on the surface, on which no intermediate layer (B) is laminated, of the foam layer (A) and characterized in that (i) only the foam layer (A) is foamed, (ii) at least one kind of a propylene/α-olefin copolymer is contained in the intermediate layer (B) in an amount of 30-70 wt.% with respect to the whole of the intermediate layer (B), (iii) at least one kind of the resin forming the first surface layer (C) is a propylene homopolymer and its content is 80% or above by weight of the whole of the first surface layer (C) and (iv) the thicknesses of D, A, B and C are 10-40%, 20-70%, 10-40% and 4-20% with respect to the whole thickness of the film.
