A system for preparing water with a stable negative oxygenation reduction potential (ORP) is provided. The system includes a water preconditioning system configured to receive water from a water source and output water preconditioned for electrolysis, and an electrolysis device in fluid communication with the water preconditioning system and configured to perform electrolysis on the preconditioned water, wherein the system outputs alkaline water and/or acidic water with a stable negative ORP. The water with a stable negative ORP may be used for a variety of purposes and/or applications. Further, the system may be utilized as part of a system for producing and tuning super-oxygenated and structured water.
