The sill has a sealing part arranged eccentric to it, and a lower profile (20), where the sealing part is a magnetic seal e.g. lower magnet (7). The sill is formed as a sill profile (1) having a groove and/or a groove section (10). The sealing part is applicable in the groove and/or the groove section. The sill cooperates with a lower sash of a door unit for sealing of a gap between the door unit and the sill. The sill profile is attachable in a base profile and/or the lower profile. An independent claim is also included for a sealing- and locking system for sealing of a door unit between two areas e.g. between outside and inside areas of a building.
