A pearl facial pack is provided to remove wastes accumulated on epidermis of skin, show excellent anti-inflammatory effect and whitening effect, and inhibit or improve various dermatitis. The pearl facial pack comprises 2.00 wt.% of veegum, 2.00 wt.% of french white grey, 2.00 wt.% of kaolin lay, 71.50 wt.% of deionized water, 10.00 wt.% of polyvinyl alcohol, 2.00 wt.% of lecithin, 2.00 wt.% of alpha hydroxy acid, 2.00 wt.% of beta hydroxy acid, 0.80 wt.% of vitamin A, 0.10 wt.% of methyl paraben, 0.50 wt.% of micronized titanium dioxide, and 5.00 wt.% of real pearl powder.
