A heavy-weight impact sound reduction structure in a wall-slab type building is provided to make residential environment pleasant by supplying cross-sectional strength and tensile force and reducing the vibration transferred from a slab to a wall and heavy-weight impact sound by installing one or more stiffening plates on the surface of a wall and to minimize the shake of a wall by making the top and bottom of a stiffening plate in contact with an upper slab and a lower slab respectively. A heavy-weight impact sound reduction structure in a wall-slab type building is formed by attaching one or more stiffening plates(100) to the surface(11) of a wall(10) of a wall-slab type building using rubber or synthetic resins to strengthen the tensile force and cross-sectional strength of a wall. Hereon the stiffening plate is made of a carbon plate, a steel plate or an FRP plate and the top of the stiffening plate and the bottom of the stiffening plate are adjacent to an upper slab and a lower slab respectively to reduce the vibration of a wall more effectively.
