An overhead conductor using a C-type conductive wire is provided to increase work efficiency by winding a fabricating wire on a bobbin uniformly due to a symmetric cross-section of the C-type conductor. An overhead conductor using a C-type conductive wire(40) includes a hard core(30). Both side surfaces of each aluminum wire include a concave portion and a convex portion. And, adjacent wires have a C type so as to be in contact with each other.
