A folding rubber cone is provided to transport and store the folding rubber cone easily by decreasing the volume, to install and remove the folding rubber cone by modifying structure, and to cut down manufacturing cost by forming a reflecting band for warning. A folding rubber cone(100) includes a panel part(10) connecting and folding a couple of recognition panels(11) with a folding unit(12), a support fixing bar(20) having an assembling groove with a bolt hole combined with a fixing unit(11c) and a recognition part(11b) of the panel part by a bolt(21a) and an insertion groove formed by dividing the assembling groove with a partition, and a tension part(30) fitted to the insertion groove of the support fixing bar and provided with a fitting fixing plate with a couple of fitting ends bent downward and extended and an extension band(32) with a finishing end inserted to the fitting end of the fitting fixing plate and an inverse L-shaped fitting projection(33). A reflecting band(11b') is attached to the front of the recognition part, and the recognition panel is formed integrally by injection-molding. The fitting projection is inserted to a fitting groove(11d), and fixed to the extension band by using an adhesive, heat or a bolt.
