<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably reduce an information amount of an image while degradation of an image quality is prevented on the way of rendering of the image even in a memory-saving configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Image data from a data input part 701 is input to a printer image processing part 151 and is developed to multi-value image data. Graphic processing such as half tone processing of the image data is carried out with reference to a precedent stage line of the developed image data. The precedent stage line of the image data is stored in buffer memories 721 and 722.
