<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit module, capable of readily adjusting the gap of impedance and also responding to multibands or multimodes. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission line 41 and conductor plates 42 and 43 are formed by the conductor layer 25 of a multilayer substrate 1, and a variable inductor 40 is structured thereof. The inductance of the variable inductor 40 is changed reversibly, by selectively grounding the conductor plates 42 and 43 arranged, such that distance from the transmission line 41 are different onto switching elements SW1' and SW2'.
