<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness branching clamp that can easily be mounted at a branch portion of a wire harness without the requirement of any particular tool and whose mounting position is hardly restricted. <P>SOLUTION: This wire harness branching clamp consists of a plate base portion 2, on which a projection body 1 that is inserted into a fixing plate 4 is vertically provided, and the fixing plate 4 provided with an insertion hole 3, into which the projection body 1 is inserted and locked.
