<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smart-engine starter system for a vehicle which suppresses the incorrect generation of an alarm against carrying out a portable transceiver, and which prevents an increase in a required time from the timing at which a door is brought into an opened condition in a state that an ignition switch is in the state anything other than OFF to the timing at which an alarm against carrying out the portable transceiver is generated. <P>SOLUTION: After the vehicle stops, when a request signal is transmitted from a vehicle-mounted interior transmitting antenna in the normal mode, and when an ID signal is not returned in response to the transmitted request signal or the authentication of an ID code cannot be obtained, the alarm against carrying out a transmitter is regulated since the vehicle is located, or there is a possibility of the vehicle being located, in proximity to a fueling machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
