<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a real estate deal that a real estate property owner of an individual and a corporation in a real estate property registration system which cannot supply a property advertisement, and a real estate property advertisement supply system cannot directly register the real estate property in a database, and direct large cost and much time, and a real estate agent or intermediate agent are required. <P>SOLUTION: A real estate property registrant and real estate property advertisement supplier stores real estate property information in a database interfaced with a host computer through the Internet.
